Extremely poor reception service. Appointments rarely available yet they continually add more people to the books. Was diagnosed incorrectly and issued prescription - luckily I noticed the error before taking medication. Also been given wrong dosage of prescription previously. Was recently discharged from hospital and given new prescription, took to HBT and handed to reception on the Monday afternoon, was told it would be ready Weds AM, rang Tues aft to double check it was being done, to be told that it would now be ready Weds PM, went to collect on Weds PM and still not done, doctor not even seen it!! Reception told me they would ring me as it was ready - 7pm Weds, no phone call received. Rang at 8am to get appointment, after redialling numerous times, finally got through and given appt that day. Went in to see Dr JUST to get the prescription hospital had issued me, no apology given. Daughter sees hospital specialist and on meds, Specialist changed med dosage in May, went to collect repeat script and noticed HBT hadn't updated records even though there was a note on the system. Again no apology given. They seem to be good at making mistakes but never admit to it nor apologise.

sorry but totally horrendous service both at the gp and chemist. the reception desk especially now its more closed off from the rest of the staff is absolutely not queue friendly. i am in the process of contacting the manager at the gp over an incident. I hope i receive an apology as i did not get anything from the reception ( not for the first time ) the practice has completely gone right down in patient care and understanding and total lack of help. i may sound like i am ranting ( i am ) but this is not an isolated problem

1, I would like see surgery opening day ,so we can get know our doctors and nurse and practice staff , The type of opening event include different health leaflets , blood test ,dibasic test , weight , cholesterol test and fresh fruit and cuppa and a well being day for man woman eg have different type cancer test thank you for time

A Doctor asked to see me in 8 days and to make an appointment to see him with the reception. I went to the reception to make this appointment and was told they could not do that and I had to ring up at 8am on the day. Obviously this shouldn't be the case in the first place but I needed this appointment so on the day I rang in, after re dialling 56 times I got through at 08:07 and was told I couldn't make an appointment with that doctor as they had all gone! This is disgusting and if I could have made an appointment with the Doctor when I should have then this would not have happened. The appointment system is so poor here and it really needs to be sorted! Saying that though, the Doctors here are really great and helpful and it's unfortunate that there's such a big issue with getting to see them

Introduce a queueing system in the phones to make calling at 8am to get an appointment easier.
